How the system works

The credential is the end of a review trail, never an automatic reward for volume. Personal safety incidents are deliberately outside this system.

    Use an approved contribution type with a clear public-interest purpose.

    Provide scoped evidence

    Only the evidence required for that task; sensitive material remains encrypted.

    Pass human review

    Reviewers check consent, source quality, privacy and the stated criteria.

    Receive a credential

    One issuance points to the approved contribution and can later be revoked.

    Choose whether to share

    Select credentials for a private, purpose-bound, expiring employer share.

Recognises completion of a reviewed broad-area accessibility or public-space audit.

Evidence and benefit policyEvidence

The audit must use the approved checklist, exclude exact incident reports, meet privacy thresholds, and pass human moderation.

Benefit

May support invitations to future learning or partner challenges. It is never a safety rating or employment score.

Evidence and benefit policyEvidence

A reviewer must confirm the source, licence, freshness, allowed fields, and material change. Automated ingestion alone cannot issue this credential.

May be displayed in a consented Opportunity Passport as evidence of careful public-data work. It has no cash value and does not guarantee work.

No reward for incident volume.

Safety reports are separate from credentials to avoid encouraging duplicate, exaggerated or harmful reporting.

RED LINE 02

No pay-to-win opportunity access.

A credential can evidence work someone completed; it cannot buy visibility or guarantee a job.

RED LINE 03

No employer surveillance.

Journey activity, searches, saved places and private reports never enter a passport or ranking model.

RED LINE 04

No permanent share.

Future employer access must be explicit, purpose-bound, time-limited and revocable.

FOR VERIFIED PARTNERS

Turn local needs into reviewed challenges.

NGOs, campuses, legal networks, employers and civic programmes can eventually sponsor scoped tasks, verify completion and create learning or mentoring routes. They cannot issue tokens without the same evidence and reviewer controls.
