1

Choose the kind of opportunity first

A job, an apprenticeship, a course and a government scheme offer different things. Choose the outcome you need, then read the provider’s current terms. A course enrolment is not a job offer, and a scheme search is not an eligibility decision.

  • Jobs: use National Career Service to explore vacancies and career services.
  • Apprenticeships: use Apprenticeship India to explore training linked to an establishment.
  • Skills: browse Skill India Digital Hub courses and compare content, format and provider.
  • Schemes: use myScheme to discover programmes and read the scheme owner’s application steps.
2

Check the commitment before applying

Look beyond the headline. A suitable next step depends on the time, cost, location and support available to you. Use the official destination to check current details and submit an application only if you choose to.

  • For a job, check the employer, work location, duties, pay terms and closing date.
  • For an apprenticeship, check the contract, trade, training period, stipend and entry requirements.
  • For training, check language, timetable, fees, assessment and what the certificate represents.
  • For a scheme, check the current eligibility rules, documents and application channel.
3

Build independence without rushing the decision

Women’s livelihood programmes can combine technical skills with communication and rights awareness. Azad Foundation’s Women with Wheels is one named programme to explore through its own website. Confirm current locations and intake; a programme reference does not promise admission or employment.

  • NCS says it does not charge for registration, job applications or interview processing. Verify a payment demand through the official portal.
  • Ask about travel time, care responsibilities, accessibility and the equipment you would need.
  • Read workplace-rights guidance and check an offer before paying or travelling.
  • Aamegh does not receive applications, guarantee selection or collect identity documents for these services.

Questions about this page

Does training guarantee a job?

No. Enrolment, certification and employment are different outcomes. Check exactly what the provider promises and puts in writing.

Does myScheme confirm my entitlement?

No. It helps you discover scheme information. Current eligibility and approval remain with the scheme owner.
